MAY 21, 2011 RECITAL
Mark your calendar now for this year's recital date: Saturday May 21, 2011. Amarillo Civic Center Auditorium. 9 AM-3 PM is Costume Dress Rehearsal. The Dance Recital starts promptly at 6:30 PM.
HOLIDAYS
The studio closes for the following holidays:
Thanksgiving (We close the entire week of Thanksgiving)
Christmas/New Year Holiday (Begining at the end of classes December 16, 2010. Classes resume on Monday January 3, 2011)
Spring Break week (March 14-19, 2011)
COSTUME PICTURES
Date to be announced in April. Please check this web site or the studio bulletin board for date and time.
RECITAL DVDs
Recital DVDs are finished and are here! Those who ordered and paid for the 2010 Recital DVDs may be picked up during the month of August on Thursdays from 4:00-5:30 PM. We begin taking orders for the 2011 Recital DVDs on April 18, 2011—$45 if ordered before the recital day. $55 on recital day or afterwards.
REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2011
Dancers may begin pre-registering for Fall classes in May, 2011.
DECEMBER TUITION
Full tuition will be charged for the month of December.
TUTION PAYMENTS
PAYMENT SHEET: We are asking parents to come into the studio and initial the payment sheet when they pay each month. Thay way there will be no questions if your bill is paid. A dancer age 12 and older may initial for you if you send in a note of permission.
LATE FEE: There will be a late fee of $25 charged after the 20th of each month. If your tuition payment has to be late, please let us know at the desk. This fee will be added to your bill each month the tuition is due.
COSTUME ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
You will be assessed 1/3 of your costume total payment in October, again in November and in December.
Then your costumes will be paid in full , along with your recital fee. If at any time before December 1 you decide to drop a class, your costume fee will be adjusted or refunded. COSTUMES ARE ORDERED IN DECEMBER AND WILL NOT BE ORDERED IF THEY ARE NOT PAID IN FULL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER DECEMBER 1, 2010.
PARENT AND TEACHER CONFERENCE TIME
If there is a problem please feel free to speak to the teacher or to Sharon (the owner and director). We will do our best to solve the problem. Please schedule a time to speak with the teacher at a time other than class time.
MONTHLY DRAWING
We have a drawing on the 10th of each month from all that have paid their monthly tuition. The winning dancer get to pick a prize from the prize box and the winning parent gets the next month tuition free.
